At SS MOVE ON THRILL BAGS LLP, we maintain strict quality checks to ensure that every product is delivered in perfect condition. As a general policy, we do not accept returns or replacements once an order has been successfully delivered.
However, in the rare event that you receive a product with a genuine issue, we are happy to assist you.
Eligible cases may include:
• Product received in a damaged condition
• Incorrect product delivered
• Manufacturing defect
If you encounter any of the above issues, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.
To initiate a request, please contact our support team with:
• Your order number
• Clear images and video proof of the issue
• Description of the problem
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide further instructions regarding the exchange or resolution process.
Important Conditions
• The product must be unused and in original condition
• All tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact
• Claims without proper proof may not be processed
• Normal wear & tear, misuse, or accidental damage are not covered
Non-Returnable Situations
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect selection by customer
• Used or damaged products after delivery
• Minor variations in color or appearance due to screen differences
