Returns
You can return your bags, ladies' purses, kids' bags, office bags, school bags, and travel accessories within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days using the original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was defective or wrongly shipped.

Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect bag or accessory, please notify us immediately with relevant photos. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund.
